Beefy’s bakers have brought Christmas forward this year with their two new limited-time menu additions – Beefy’s Honey Soy Chicken Pie and Beefy’s Gluten Free Chicken and Vegetable Pie.
“We love giving customers new flavour sensations to savour and enjoy,” explains Beefy’s Managing Director Mark Hobbs, “and that includes during the festive season.”
“These two new flavour pies will make a great addition to any Christmas table or Christmas event. They’ll also satisfy if you’re looking for a quick and easy meal for the family or something on the run.”
As a family-owned Sunshine Coast business, Beefy’s is big on sourcing their fresh ingredients locally, and that includes the honey for the Honey Soy Chicken Pie.
“Hum Honey is a well-known local business and also an award winner, so it made perfect sense for us to source our honey from them,” Mark adds. “They were thrilled and we know our customers will be thrilled with the delightful flavour and aroma of our new Honey Soy Chicken Pie.”
Beefy’s has long been known for their Award-Winning gluten free products. Their new Gluten Free Chicken and Vegetable Pie, endorsed by Coeliac Australia, is expected to be a favourite.
“We’ve taken the same delicious gluten free pastry and used it to wrap some succulent chicken pieces and fresh market vegetables with a flavourful and gluten free white sauce,” Mark adds.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if the big man in the red suit stops in to one of our Beefy’s stores as he passes over the Sunshine Coast this year, and stocks up!”
