Whilst not aligned with any political party, when Beefy’s was given the opportunity to speak to Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison about the challenges small businesses face in South East Queensland, the family-owned company simply couldn’t let it pass them by.

The Beefy’s team saw it as a chance to give the local community a voice, to share their views on the challenges families and other local businesses like theirs face with a view to benefiting families and businesses in the region.

The Beefy’s team hosted the Prime Minister to their Kunda Park factory where he not only lent a hand in the kitchen, he enjoyed eating a Beefy’s Pie as he listened to Beefy’s Managing Director Mark Hobbs and his factory production team discuss the issues.

The visit also presented an opportunity to showcase Beefy’s to the Prime Minister as a great example of a family-owned business producing quality home-grown products, where local Aussies are working together and are successfully making waves across the nation through home delivery and its stores.

Mr Morrison is the second Australian Prime Minister to visit Beefy’s in recent years and the Beefy’s team is proud to have had the opportunity to again share their views and experiences.
