The Pie of Origin is back for 2020, and it’s the kids at Queensland Children’s Hospital who stand to win the most.
NSW’s Glenorie Bakery has once again challenged Queensland’s Beefy’s to fire up the ovens and raise money for their local children’s hospital. So, the Beefy’s team has tied on their aprons and is preparing to out bake, outsell, and raise more money than NSW to bring the title home for Queensland.
Origin Great Kerrod Walters is backing Queensland for the win but is calling on all Queenslanders to help by buying a Beefy’s Big Queenslander Pie during the Pie of Origin series! $1 from every Big Queenslander Pie sold during the State of Origin series will go directly to the hospital.

Last year Queenslanders raised just over $21,000 and won the Pie of Origin. In the five years that Beefy’s has been part of the competition, $83,000 has been raised for the hospital.
