Beefy's Fundraising

Fundraising with Beefy’s Pies is a wonderful, fresh alternative to traditional fundraising methods.  Instead of having to work hard to sell products that no-one really wants, delicious Beefy’s Pies will practically sell themselves – everyone loves stocking their freezer with our “home-baked” style pies.

You can be confident with the quality as Beefy’s guarantee their product with their Bigger, Better, Beefier Meat Pies Guaranteed....or its FREE motto! The professional judges also agree on the quality as Beefy’s were awarded the title of Best Steak Pie, Best Gourmet Steak Pie and also the Best Gourmet Chicken Pie in the 2008 Qld Meat Pie Competition, which had entries from all across Australia.

To make fundraising even simpler, every item you sell profits YOU $2. Example: The price on the order form for our Signature Steak Family Pie is $14.50 each, which is the price your customer pays you. The cost to you from us is $12.50 each, which is a $2 profit per item.

How to Fundraise with Beefy’s Pies

Step 1

Book a date for your Pie Drive and obtain our current Order Form by emailing eat@beefys.com.au

Step 2

Approx 4 weeks before your pie drive date, distribute a copy of the Beefy’s Pie Drive order form to every member of your organisation.  Ask members to obtain orders from family & friends and return the form to you within 3 weeks.

Step 3

7 days before your pie drive date, tally the total pie quantities and fax your total order through to Beefy’s Pies.
Payment options will be confirmed.

Step 4

On the date of your pie drive, your pies will be delivered to you FREE* in Beefy’s own refrigerated van at your chosen time. All pies are individually packed in boxes.  Depending on the size of your pie drive, you may like to organise a few friends to help you divide up the pies into individual orders, ready for collection by your members.
